Refund policy

- Aftermarket parts installed onto a pistol as part of a request for a job are not returnable. 

- Any parts sold individually can be returned within 30 days. Returning the funds will not be completed until the part(s) are returned to SGz. 100% refunded. 

- Special Orders can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. (i.e. special order pistols, Icarus Grip Modules, Red Dots, etc.) 85% refunded.

-Gunsmithing work is guaranteed for the lifetime of the current ownership. If the firearm is sold to someone else, the new owner will need to provide proof of it being transferred from the original owner to be eligible for the warranty work. 

-To receive gunsmithing warranty work contact Skips Gunz to get a return shipping label. 

-Any defect in coatings is covered for 30 days after the firearm is returned from being completed. This does not include damage done to the finish while in the customers possession, only if the coating requested is defective (wearing off and has not been shot, wiping off, chipping, etc). Recoating a firearm solely for aesthetic preference reasons will be at the expense of the firearm's owner.
